WQR 5 - Craig Charges Crimond
To the far north of Scotland, and to BriSCA's most northerly outpost, as Crimond in Aberdeenshire played host to their WQR. Visiting drivers came in the form of Craig Driscoll (251) from the far South East, and Paul Moss (979) from the south west - both with 12 hour journeys up to the Scottish track. An impressive display of cars for the outpost saw heat wins Adam Blacklock (852) in his first couple of meetings with his new car, along with National Points leader Craig Wallace (16)
The final saw Driscoll take a career first final win in a race which ended in controversy after a spectacular last bend coming together for Wallace and Robbie Dawson (854) which saw the latter banned for his actions.
